本机用于金矿的氰化浸出锌粉质换提金工艺中，是氰化浸出后的矿浆进行固液分离洗涤作业的专用设备，并用于铀矿水冶、轻工、化工、环保工业的脱水作业，它具有占地面积小，节省能耗、简化工艺配置、减少辅助设备操作方便等特点。
This equipment is designed for solid-liquid separation eashing operation for slurry after cyanide leaching during zinc powder gold extraction metasomatism through cyanide leaching of goid ore，and can also be used for dewatering operations in hydro metallurgy of uranium ore light industry.Chemical industry and environmental industry.Teduction in auxiliary equipment abd convenient operation etc.
NSL-66型试验室浓缩机是采用湿式选矿的选后产品（矿浆）进行脱水的一种设备，由浓缩池和机械刮泥耙组成。进入浓缩池的矿浆其固体矿粒在自身重力的作用下沉降于池底，实现固液分离，沉积于池底的矿泥被刮泥耙连续不断地集到中心排矿口排成，而澄清水由池边溢流口溢出，达到脱水浓缩的目的。
Laboratory thickening equipment model NSL-66 which is designed for dehydration of producfs（ore slurry）after wet type ore separation is composed of thickening tank and mechanical scraper rake.The solid ore grains in the slurry inside thickening tank sedimentate on the tank bottom under gravity.Ln this way，solid-liquid separation is realized.The sludge deposit on tank bottom will be continuously scraped by scraper rake to central discharge port at which is discharged.And then，clear water will flow out from overtlow port at the tank.At this point，dehydration and thickening is realized.
